As a Technical Coordinator Mainframe – Natural, you will play a key role in coordinating, maintaining, and evolving mainframe applications built on Natural/Adabas technologies. Acting as a technical reference, you will ensure application stability, quality, and alignment with functional and technical requirements.
Mission
As part of this mission, you will:
Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and development of Natural mainframe applications
Act as a technical point of contact between development teams, analysts, and stakeholders
Ensure the quality, consistency, and documentation of technical deliverables (technical specifications, test plans, procedures, etc.)
Analyze incidents and malfunctions through testing, querying, and root cause analysis
Supervise and support technical evolutions, ensuring compliance with mainframe standards and best practices
Proactively identify risks, improvements, and optimization opportunities
Provide technical guidance and decision support to ensure robust and sustainable solutions
Monitor technological developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
Proven experience in Mainframe Natural development, with the ability to act as a technical reference and coordinator
Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on technical mindset
Proactive, structured, and quality-driven approach to technical coordination
Ability to bridge development, maintenance, and technical governance
Multilingual environment: French or Dutch required, English and the second national language are a plus
